H P Mouldings are geared to run each oven 24 hours per day, and up to 6 days per week, if necessary.

Mould-Making Facilities


H PMouldings has in-house facilities to design, develop and manufacture moulding tools. Our experienced design team have the know-how to take an idea and turn it into a viable finished product.

Rotational moulding is very flexible being able to maintain designs that are not always possible from other types of plastic moulding. The rotational process allows for complex shapes or patterns to be incorporated into theSpur Mould product design, in addition to any textured effect, this means that company logos can be added along with any amount of text.

In addition to this, metal fastenings can be incorporated into any plastic product, which enables any number of fittings to be used, so that the final product can be used as part of an assembly of components.
